Recognizing May as Law Enforcement Month. Recognizes May as Law Enforcement Month, and requests that the Governor direct that the U.S. and Virginia flags be flown half mast on May 15, "National Peace Officer's Day," in memory of officers who have given their lives in the line of duty.
