Encouraging Ob/Gyn direct access in self-insured plans. Expresses the sense of the General Assembly in encouraging employers who furnish their employees self-insured, managed health care plans to voluntarily conform these plans to Virginia law requiring direct access by female patients to their Ob/Gyns.
