SUMMARY:
Study; point-of-service plans. Directs the Joint Commission on Health Care to establish a task force to study the option of point-of-service plans for Virginia's businesses. Point-of-service health insurance plans provide benefits for services received outside of a health maintenance organization's provider panel, although at a higher cost or lower level of coverage.
