SUMMARY:
Agency study; interaction between long-term care health insurance coverage and Medicaid eligibility. Directs the Joint Commission on Health Care to study the interaction between private long-term health care insurance and Medicaid legibility. The Joint Commission on Health Care is also directed to study the "spend down" requirements of Medicaid and how these requirements affect the level and quality of health care received by the elderly.
