SUMMARY:

Coalfields Expressway. Requests the Commonwealth Transportation Board and the Virginia Department of Transportation promptly to complete the determination of the Coalfields Expressway Corridor. These entities are requested to proceed with the construction of the segment from the Breaks Interstate Park to Buchanan County, the bypasses around Clintwood and Pound and the connection of these two bypasses.
