SUMMARY:
Study; voter registration process. Establishes a joint subcommittee to study the voter registration process in Virginia. In particular, the joint subcommittee will evaluate the voter registration procedures recently established to implement the National Voter Registration Act. This matter was referred by letter from the Speaker to the House Privileges and Elections Committee for study. The Senate Committee on Privileges and Elections will be invited to participate in the study.
