SUMMARY:

Study; enterprise zone program. Establishes a joint subcommittee to examine the current enterprise zone program and its effectiveness. The subcommittee will investigate what other states are doing along these lines, particularly Michigan which has created a renaissance zone program utilizing state and local incentives.
