SUMMARY:
Study; automobile insurance; choice in selection of repair or replacement facility. Requests that the Bureau of Insurance study the problems associated with exclusive agreements between insurance companies and repair or replacement facilities, or claims processing centers. The Bureau is requested to analyze available data to determine the scope of this practice within the Commonwealth and recommend solutions.
