Urges Virginia's Congressional delegation to continue its support for the Natural Center for Resource Innovations - Chesapeake (NCRI) and commends them for their past support. Innovative environmental and agricultural information systems being built by NCRI have special value to decision makers in the Commonwealth in fostering better understanding of the Commonwealth's diverse physiography, resources use, and communities.
