Study; products liability reform. Creates a joint subcommittee composed of five members of the House and four members from the Senate to study reform of Virginia's products liability law. This matter was referred by letter from the Speaker to the House Corporations, Insurance and Banking and Courts and Courts Committees for study. The Senate Committees on Commerce and Labor and Courts will be invited to participate in the study.
