SUMMARY:

Study; on-farm sales of agricultural products. Establishes a joint subcommittee to study the feasibility of providing exemptions from the Commonwealth's statutes and regulations for the on-farm sale of on-farm produced agricultural products. This matter was referred by letter from the Speaker to the House Agriculture Committee for study. The Senate Agriculture, Conservation and Natural Resources Committee will be invited to participate in the study.
