Study; 911 telephone exchange. Establishes a 10-member joint study committee to examine the 911 telephone exchange and the problems associated with the overwhelming number of cellular telephone calls made to report a single emergency. This matter has been referred by letter from the Speaker to the Department of Emergency Services for study.
