National standards for TBT. Memorializes the Congress of the United States urging swift and appropriate action to compel the United States Environmental Protection Agency to develop national water quality criteria and standards for tributyl tin (TBT). TBT is a compound used in antifoulant paints for ship hulls and has been found to be harmful to aquatic life in Virginia's waters.
