SUMMARY:

Criminal discovery. Expands discovery in criminal cases to apply to both felonies and misdemeanors (no matter how charged) and sets forth specific circumstances when the accused is entitled to discovery by statute. This bill expands Rule 3A:11 which applies only to felonies.
