SUMMARY:
Court jurisdiction and orders affecting juveniles. Specifies that the jurisdiction of the juvenile and family courts extends to guardians and certain family and household members of a parent or child of the parent. The bill authorizes the court to order certain guardians and family or household members of children found to be delinquent or in need of supervision to participate in programs and/or cooperate in treatment.
