SUMMARY:

Elections; lists of registered voters and voter history. Expands access to the voter registration lists and lists of persons voting in primaries and elections available through the State Board of Elections to persons who will use the lists for law enforcement, jury selection and political or election purposes. Any person authorized to receive these lists may resell or transfer the lists or any information obtained from them to another authorized recipient. A person who misuses these lists and has not previously signed the oath to receive them from the State Board will be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
