SUMMARY:
Concealed handgun permit. Provides that a person who has been the subject of an adjudication on any drug possession or distribution charge within three years prior to his application for a concealed handgun permit is ineligible whether or not he is found guilty, provided the court finds that the facts of the case were sufficient for a finding of guilt.
