SUMMARY:
Reports to Secretary of the Commonwealth. Provides that the Secretary of the Commonwealth shall report to the General Assembly the number of persons appointed by the Governor and, in addition, by the governing body of any locality, to boards, commissions, agencies or authorities with information voluntarily supplied on race, gender and national origin. The Secretary is to develop a reporting form (paper or electronic) and set a date for its yearly submission.
