Introduced by: Harvey B. Morgan | all patrons ... notes | add to my profiles
SUMMARY:
Photocopying certain records of voter registrars. Provides that various records held by county and city voter registrars and open for public inspection may also be photocopied at a reasonable cost if photocopying equipment is available. The bill clarifies that this is the case for most voter registration records, as the 1996 General Assembly provided by statute. The right to photocopy access is extended to statements of election results and to absentee voter application lists.
