SUMMARY:

Discharge of person claiming workers' compensation. Provides that a person who is discharged for exercising his right to workers' compensation and files suit for the wrongful discharge may do so within two years of his discharge. The bill also grants the employee the right to trial by jury on the issues of actual damages and attorney's fees.
