SUMMARY:
Memoranda of leases; recording fee. Adds provisions in the memoranda which require the parties to state whether a commercial real estate broker's lien exists on the respective property and, if so, to list the names and addresses of the brokers. Also, the bill provides that the recording fee for a memorandum of lease shall be the same as that for financing statements under Title 58.1.
