SUMMARY:
Nursing homes; rights of patients; harassing activity. Assures patients' rights of free association and provides protection from visitors engaging in terroristic, frightening, intimidating, threatening, harassing, or molesting behavior. Nursing home administrators shall cause the ejection of any individuals engaging in such behavior.
