SUMMARY:
Computerized transfer of pupil information. Modifies the statute relating to access to students' records to remove the work "written." The provision may make it possible for parents to access computerized records as well as written files. Redundant language relating to guardians is removed as the definition of parent in Title 22.1 includes guardians.
