SUMMARY:
Virginia Charitable Gaming Commission; criminal violations. Divests the members of the Charitable Gaming Commission and such persons appointed by them of enforcement of the criminal law. The bill also requires the Commission to report any alleged criminal violation to the Department of State Police for appropriate action. Currently, the Commission has the discretion to report such violations to the attorney for the Commonwealth. The bill contains technical amendments.
