SUMMARY:
Board of Game and Inland Fisheries. Requires that three of the eleven members of the Board of Game and Inland Fisheries be nonconsumptive users. A nonconsumptive user is a person who does not hunt, trap or fish. The bill would not affect the current composition of the Board, but subsequent appointments would have to meet this new qualification.
