SUMMARY:
Medical expenses for dependent children. Provides that every decree providing for child support shall include a provision made by the court for the payment of the reasonably necessary medical expenses of the children of the parties that are not reimbursed by insurance. It shall be presumed, subject to rebuttal, that all such medical expenses of the parties' children not reimbursed by insurance shall be shared by the parents in the same proportion as their monthly gross incomes bear to their combined monthly gross income, which shall be set forth in said decree.
