SUMMARY:
Child protective services. Provides that any employee, agent, caseworker, supervisor, director, or city or county attorney with, or on behalf of, the local department who makes or causes to be made a report of child abuse which he knows to be false shall be subject to full and mandatory disciplinary personnel measures. The bill also provides that a person alleged to have committed child abuse or neglect by the local department who has been found not guilty, acquitted, or had such charges dismissed shall have any founded disposition by the local department against him deemed unfounded.
