SUMMARY:
Continuance as a matter of right. Provides that the continuance as a matter of right available to attorney legislators and other attorneys affiliated with the General Assembly shall not be available if the attorney is retained to represent a person who is scheduled to appear in any hearing or other action before a court involving his alleged arrearage in payments of child support, his failure to make such payments, the determination of the amount thereof, or the scheduling of payments thereof.
