SUMMARY:
Seizure of property used in connection with or derived from illegal drug transactions. Allows seizure of property intended to be used in substantial connection with or facilitation of the illegal manufacture or sale of controlled substances. Currently, only property used in substantial connection with the illegal manufacture or sale of controlled substances is subject to seizure and forfeiture.
