SUMMARY:

Transporting controlled substances into the Commonwealth; penalty. Makes the act of causing controlled substances to be transported into the Commonwealth a felony which carries a sentence of not less than five years' nor more than 40 years' imprisonment, and a fine not to exceed $500,000. Currently, only the act of transporting is punishable.
