SUMMARY:
Programs to promote educational opportunities. Requires by July 1, 1998, a technology replacement program to be established which will provide for the replacement of obsolete educational technology hardware and software. The obsolete equipment or software may be donated to other school divisions and to preschool programs in conformance with an amendment to the surplus property statute.
