HB 2765 Concealed handgun permits.
Introduced by: Clarence E. Phillips | all patrons ... notes | add to my profiles
SUMMARY:
Concealed handgun permits. Ensures that the maximum fee paid by an applicant for a concealed weapon permit is $50. Currently, there is enough flexibility in the language of the law to allow for collection of more than that amount. The bill also provides that an applicant for reissuance of a permit need not submit to fingerprinting again.
