SUMMARY:

Remote access to nonconfidential court records. Provides that the clerk of the circuit court of any county or city which provides remote access may now include Internet access to all nonconfidential court records maintained by his office. A recent opinion of the Attorney General reasoned that "remote access" did not include Internet access.
