SUMMARY:
Board of zoning appeals; powers. Enables a board of zoning appeals, when it is reviewing a zoning administrator's decision or when there is an appeal of a zoning administrator's decision, to halt such activities as may be necessary on property that is the subject of the decision, so as to ensure that the review or appeal will be effective.
