Licensed Child Day Centers; variance to regulations. Provides for a variance to regulations related to activities and programs for licensed child day centers that either furnish appropriate documentation of current accreditation by a recognized child-care accrediting agency or that submit a written description of activities, programs, and curricula that is approved by the Child Day Care Council.
