SUMMARY:

VHDA; approval of housing developments by localities. Deletes all provisions relating to the approval/disapproval of housing developments by local governing bodies. As a result, the approval of local governing bodies is no longer required in the process of VHDA's financing of housing developments. However, VHDA must find that the housing development complies with the zoning in existence at the time of the application.
