SUMMARY:

Professions and occupations; Real Estate Board. Provides that persons licensed by the Real Estate Board may prepare written contracts for the sale, purchase, option, exchange, or rental of real estate, notwithstanding any rule of court to the contrary, provided preparation of the contract is incidental to a transaction involving the licensee and the licensee does not charge a separate fee.
