SUMMARY:
Fuels tax; recreational boaters' tax revenues used for water enhancement. Requires that 50 percent of the motor fuel tax from recreational boating be transferred to the Virginia Soil and Water Conservation Board for use by the soil and water conservation districts. The moneys shall be deposited in and distributed from the Soil and Water Conservation Fund, which is established in the bill.
