SUMMARY:
State agencies. Requires agencies and instrumentalities of the Commonwealth to provide copies of requested documents, free of charge, to the Department of State Police and law-enforcement officers in the conduct of an active criminal investigation. The bill includes a definition of "law-enforcement officer."
