SUMMARY:
Certificates of analysis. Allows the defendant to make use of the law which now provides that the attorney for the Commonwealth may use as evidence any certificate of analysis which is filed with the clerk and is mailed to the defendant's counsel (upon request) at least seven days prior to a hearing or trial. This change will allow the defendant to file a certificate of analysis and use it as evidence by following the same procedure.
