SUMMARY:
Jurisdiction over magistrate's office. Provides that law-enforcement officers of a city, when performing their duties, shall have the same powers in a building housing a magistrate's office which serves the city but is located in Henry County (described by population) as such officers would have in the city. The courts of the city shall have concurrent jurisdiction with the locality in which such office is located, over any offense committed against such officer in such building.
