SUMMARY:
Unfair claims settlement practices; pharmacy benefits. Designates failing to accurately and promptly perform audits and investigations relating to the payment of pharmacy claims after such claims have already been paid and requiring participating providers to dispense a generic substitute in disregard of any prescriber's order to dispense-as-written as unfair claims settlement practices.
