SUMMARY:
Conflict of interests and lobbying disclosure and regulation laws; disclosure forms; disclosure of gifts. Requires lobbyists to list all gifts to executive and legislative officials regardless of value and to list the names of the recipients. The bill also requires executive and legislative officials to report, on a separate disclosure schedule, the names of all lobbyists from whom they have received gifts and to list the gift and its value. Exceptions are provided in the case of events sponsored by lobbyists and attended by more than 10 officials.
