SUMMARY:

Community policy and management teams. Requires that the teams participate in the development of community-based systems of pre-dispositional and post-dispositional services. The bill also eliminates the prohibition on placing children who are staffed through the Comprehensive Services Act in a Juvenile Crime Control Act program.
