SUMMARY:
Workers' compensation insurance; premium discounts; drug-free workplace programs. Requires workers' compensation insurance carriers to provide, for a period not to exceed four years, premium discounts of up to five percent to employers instituting drug-free workplace programs. The programs must, however, satisfy criteria established by the carriers.
