SUMMARY:
Neighborhood Assistance Act; credits for physicians and dentists. Allows a nonprofit health clinic which charges patients according to their ability to pay to assign Neighborhood Assistance Act tax credits to doctors and dentists who volunteer at the clinic. Currently, health clinics may assign such tax credits to doctors and dentists only if the clinic does not charge for the delivery of health care services.
