HB 2607 Communication towers.

SUMMARY:

Communication towers. Provides that, if a communication tower is proposed for erection on property owned by the Commonwealth which is adjacent to an interstate highway, the tower shall conform to all zoning ordinances and other appropriate ordinances of the locality.
