SUMMARY:

Dismissal of action by nonsuit. Requires that a nonsuit be taken at least 30 days prior to trial. The bill allows the court to assess court costs and attorney's fees against the nonsuiting party, and requires such an assessment if he is allowed a second nonsuit and does not prevail.
