SUMMARY:

Wills and decedents' estates; augmented estate. Adds an exclusion from the augmented estate which is the value of any life insurance policy on the life of the decedent held by an irrevocable life insurance trust under which the decedent retained no incidents of ownership as defined under the U.S. Internal Revenue Code and whose primary beneficiaries are descendants of the decedent.
