Board of Medicine; review and approval of certain treatment protocols. Requires the Board of Medicine to review and approve all treatment protocols of health maintenance organizations. Health maintenance organizations are prohibited from implementing such protocols unless the Board of Medicine has reviewed and approved the treatment protocols.
